It’s like going on the journey! A lot of things go into hanging a show and preparing for an opening. On the night of the exhibit opening, we got to the gallery early to finish up a few things before anyone arrived. We noticed a lady carefully looking at each photo, reading the description and title and moving on to the next image. She looked up and glanced over at us after talking to the curator of the exhibit. I asked her what she thought and she smiled and said, “It’s like going on a journey.” That was the hope for this exhibit and the book…and she said it all, it’s a journey within, so come and take the journey to Burma.
